Podcasts: English description

What does traditional cocoa processing look like in Mexico? What role does tea play for people in Sri Lanka? What can agroforestry in Brazil look like? And how can sustainable food be incorporated into design projects? In our Slow Food podcast series "Edible Connections Radio," we present food heroes from the global South. They come from Asia, South America or Africa and work in very different ways for a sustainable food system. The podcast series is created by teenagers and young adults from all over Germany.
